Internet Pet Peeve #1 (in order I run into them)

It annoys the heck out of me when I go to a web site and music starts playing and there's no way to stop it! If you're going to put music on your web site, make the controls accesable, and put them at the top of the page where people can see them right away! If I have to search, or worse, mute my computer to stop the music, I'll probably just hit the back button and go somewhere else without actually looking at the site! People really should think their designs through.
